“Success is to be measured not so much
by the position that one has reached in
life, as by the obstacles which he has
overcome while trying to succeed.”

Ohio
Fathers For Justice
is now
officially the
Ohio Council
For Fathers Rights
What's our purpose?
-To
build an organization dedicated to enacting legislative
change in Ohio regarding Family Law, namely
Domestic Relations aka "Divorce Court" statutes.
-Eradicate the blatant and shameless bias against Fathers in
the courtrooms throughout Ohio.
-Moral support for others who are living the nightmare of
bankruptcies, separation from children, foreclosures
and incarceration brought about by a corrupted court system.
-Hold Ohio judges and magistrates accountable for their
destructive decisions.
-Educate others through personal experiences. Arm others who
can't afford counsel and are
Pro Se with the knowledge to file motions, affidavits,
subpoena's, etc.
-To provide moral support for current couples who are
"living that nightmare" that's only real to those
whose lives are consumed by it.
-To fight for those who fight for us. It's unconscionable
and morally reprehensible how military service members
get deployed and come home to what no longer exists. Their
children, houses, possessions, bank accounts,
everything they once owned is gone. The system was used against
them in absentia. Stories such as the
following are too common
Stealing the Children of Military Members while they are
Deployed
What's our mission?
* To grow! Politicians are inclined to listen to those with
voting power. You can write your Congressman daily, but will
it honestly
induce change?
* An organization with tens or hundreds of thousands of
members will get results. Why? Collectively voting as a
group has the
potential to cost a politician an election, and they're well
aware of that.
* Find attorneys who are willing to assist Pro Se litigants
on a reduced basis. How many people do you know who earn a
decent
wage but cannot afford counsel because of incredibly high Court
ordered support ( 75N's) for child support and alimony?
* To survive as an organization. Those who support this site
have full time jobs and perform this service in their "free
time."
We need to reach our goal of being a federally recognized
non-profit organization and solicit donations.
What we don't do.
We don't offer legal advice! We are not attorneys, nor are we
trained legally in any manner regarding the
practice of law. We will post our successes and failures Pro
Se, but don't implement our strategies yourself
without the professional advice of a licensed practicing
attorney.
If you choose to utilize the methods posted on this
site, you do so at your own risk. You should seek the advice
of
a licensed practicing attorney regarding everything you
read on this site as the law is incredibly complicated.
Following
what someone else did in their case could damage your
case. With that said, everything on all of our sites is
opinion
only and should not to be construed as advice, fact, or
legally correct.
