Butler County Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) won’t Assist an Ohio Custodial Father

I received the following in an email from a Butler County Ohio father:

I’m a father of two teens living in butler county, Ive had custody of my son and daughter since 2001 and it seems that I go to the csea every two weeks wondering why they aren’t doing anything to enforce the child support order put in place.

My ex lives out of state in Indiana and though they have her address her social and her place of employment I receive child support only around the time she is due to have visitation with the kids. She is a nurse and makes way more money than I do she is constantly bragging about the money she has and things she has bought but she cannot seem to pay the $200 a month she was ordered to pay she doesnt have to carry insurance on them just pay support and she gets to claim my daughter on her taxes even though technically she isn’t supporting her.

I don’t know if Im over doing it but when I was paying child support if my boss did not send the payment in a timely fashion I was receiving letters from the csea within days so of course I feel that as a man they are not doing enough to handle my case and letting her do whatever she wants without fear of any any repercussions whatsoever.
